Born in Seoul, South Korea, American recording artist, actress and speaker, Kelseylee was adopted at three months old by her quoted, "incredible parents" Patrick and Patricia Fleming. She was raised in the humble town of Kennewick, Washington USA, listening to country music, riding horses and performing in school productions. Kelseylee's dynamic, faith based and biblically substance-filled vocals combine forces with the harmony of secular and non-secular music. "I simply wish to convey unspoken thoughts, unveil emotions and delve into the Truths that society has attempted to silence; while giving glory to the One who gave it all. The ‘finer things in life’ are not itemized by price or materialism- rather those that are memorable and genuine; and we should be defined by truth and testimony, not what the world says, and that is the heart of my songwriting. My only desire is to be a shining light on the hill for a world so lost in itself, so that multitudes of hearts and lives will be impacted and transformed. To think I could have been given different circumstances is amazing... I breathe to be His testimony, and it is my hope that a convicting and transparent ministry can be heard through my marriage, music, and the way I live."
Passion and persistence have driven her into a journey that many often dream of. In fall of 2005, she made a spontaneous decision to move out of her comfortable villa apartment to Seattle where she could be closer to her acting and singing coaches. The next three years were both enduring and rewarding as she continued to develop her resume as a working model, and actress. However, she was deeply impressed to fulfill her calling as a recording artist, and fall of 2008, she made the transition to Los Angeles, California, where she graduated from an intensive, invite only program at a reputable acting academy, and continues to diligently study the Word of God. Her live performance roster is already showing great efforts and dedication, as she has performed at the Future American Music Award Stars Showcase in Beverly Hills, as well as opening for several National artists in Hollywood at venues such as the Knitting Factory and Key Club. She has also been in several film and theatrical productions, commercial and hosting projects.
Kelseylee and her husband, Tyler Hollenbeck (an active duty Military Police Officer in the United States Marine Corps) are fully devoted to their ministry, and the plans that the Lord has put before them. Although their schedules are ever-changing, days are long and deployments are enduring, the two continue to minister to those around them at any cost, "You never know who you will prevent from falling, when you gather your strength and stand strong, regardless of your circumstances." Tyler and Kelseylee deliver what could be recognized as evangelical philanthropy in a dynamic duo package of ministry, music, and motivation. The heart of their ministry is founded on biblical fundamentals, United States Marine Corps tactics, and testimony. Their story is nothing short of a romantic, redemptive, fairy tale come true. Aside from following her dreams and living out a real life fantasy, Kelseylee has a background that includes a wide spectrum of activities, such as equestrian; anti-equine slaughter awareness; youth ministries; theater; dance team; cheerleading; fitness/figure competitions; personal training; nutritional consulting; and freelance writing. “I've always been passionate about every facet of what I do. I'm in this industry because I never had a choice- I'm called to be here; I'm reminded of this, often." Her vision as a role model in the entertainment industry has proven to be a demanding effort- as she states, "I will not compromise who I am, and where I've come from to get to where I'm going. It's unfortunate that so many [people] lose sight of what's truly important during their journey in this industry."
