How To Be Free From The Things That Weigh You Down

How free are you? This is a question that isn't asked often, if ever, but one that we should be asking ourselves every so often if we value our overall health and wellbeing. (I originally wrote and shared this in February 2017, but two years later in 2019 know that this is a needed reminder for someone out there) What weighs you down? What distracting thoughts, ideas or worries linger in your mind every day or have persisted over a period of time? These are typically issues that aren’t resolved but desperately need to be for the sake of your overall wellbeing and those around you. Confronting an issue, especially if its people-related, can be challenging, but the payoff is well-worth getting
